Happy 2019!
I feel and know that this year will be my year! Woohoo! Here are my 19 for 2019. Not goals per se but just a list of what is needed to be implemented into my day to day habits.
- Drink 2 litres of water daily.
- Purchase a proper sunscreen.
- Get back on the serum and massage routine.
- 7-8 hours of sleep.
- A book a month (minimum).
- A new recipe a month.
- Try out pilates.
- Go for a weekly swim.
- Workout twice a week (minimum).
- Learn to save and invest.
- Cut out all negative things and beings.
- Travel even more.
- Work smarter.
- Print photos and frame/album them up.
- Purge clothes and heels.
- Bring my
telekung when I am out. Recite the Yasin every Thursday night. - Plan a family trip.
- Reconnect with old (good) friends.
- Blog more consistently.
