How apt with my strong beliefs.
Initially I almost took a leap to get my hair coloured. It wasn’t something I really wanted but because I wanted to be on the good books.
All my life, I’ve had jet black hair. The healthiest amongst many. I have virgin hair. Various offers had come in for hair model. Some even wanted me to colour it for product shoot and styling. Clearly, I turned it down as it was a hairrible reason 😂
I’m grateful I didn’t colour my hair. I had always been proud of how healthy, shiny, thick and beautiful it is.
Imagine if I had dyed it. I would look like the many girls out there. Coloured unkept hair. Or perhaps I should add on some cosmetic lens too? Have my hair on one shoulder post too? Maybe curls at the end? Thick make up too?
Nah, that shit ain’t for me. I’ve unruly black hair that I rarely comb. Face so bare at most times. My hair is away from my face most days. I’m big on natural products and breathable skin.
By staying true to my beliefs and myself, I don’t condone to society. I’m not the rest and others. But this makes me the only one and kind.
