Sleepyhead

I am a bit more disciplined now since I have started working. My bedtime still differs from day to day depending on my workload or how easily I fall asleep. But I wake up at 0630 hours on weekdays. I solat and am up. If am at my place, I gotta plan my commute. If am at my parent’s, I’d play with Ann (not my child, am no janda anak satu ok?) before she heads to school.

Below are some tips that I have found useful and testing out too. I’ve to change my previous sleep routine due to some circumstances.

  1. Don’t drink too much before you sleep.
    – especially true for me as I digest in such a jiffy
  2. Read a book.
    – calms your storm and gains more knowledge
  3. Write.
    – exactly what am doing right about now 🙂
  4. Try a sound machine or app.
    – yet to try but maybe soon
  5. Less technology.
    – no scrolling of timeline before sleep or phone might fall smack to ya face
  6. Create a sleep routine.
    – getting there right about now

Getting enough sleep is definitely beneficial for an old fart like me. Haha. Gonna try to up my sleeping hours to feel much much better. This has indeed been good for me and sets me in the right mood daily. Gonna also incorporate a more solid breakfast into my mornings too.

We Be Stylin’

Was browsing through my old folders and found a few images from a shoot I styled for Nel, Nelissa Hilman. It was rather last minute, did it at the swimming pool area of the apartment. Props were purchased the morning before if I wasn’t mistaken.

We used these images for Social Media as well as EDMs.

Being an entreprenuer means flexibility and an open-mind. You are always challenged and also pushed out of your comfort zone. Learning is a big part of the whole journey.

This was just the first of my product styling, I have also done food styling, food photography, product shoot and more. I am both comfortable behind and in front of the lens.
