Holiday

Am pretty pysched for the holidays. Why? Well I really need it. I need my rest. But then again, I’ve too many things to be done. I want to sleep in. Pig out and hang out this holidays. I will do it. I must!

Things To Do 13/2/2010

- Send lil bro to work

- Swim

- Buy Chinese newspaper, scan, upload to the website and email all

- Post

- Photostat my documents

Til then. I want to sleep early tonight as well! Night night all.

Confirmed

I am so happy. I’ve been worried sick for the pass few days.

I really didn’t expect the confirmation letter. It was lying on my desk. I thought it was something bad or along that line. Got into the car, tore open the letter and read happy encouraging words!

Woot woot! Not just that, an increment. Confirmation was fast. Should have been three but I got it in one!

Awesome la baby. Let’s celebrate!

2010

It’s 2010. It seems like only yesterday it was 2009. How time flies so fast. I still remember all the rage about 2000, that was just a decade ago. The commotion on the Y2K bug and what nots.

Here we are at 2010. Am going to be a quarter of a century. Does it make me feel old? Well not really, age has always been a number to me.

What was 2009 like for you? It’s been a totally crazy rollercoaster ride for me. Falling really sick to the point staying in bed for a week was the only way to get better. Broke my heart, lost my faith in love. Discovered who my true friends are and who was just a foe to use me for their on needs. Leaped jobs. Met amazing new friends. Patch up with old friends and the friendship grew much stronger.

Honestly it was overwhelming for me. To cope on my own without someone to share it with. But I pulled through and here I am still smiling and standing. I’ve lost tremendous weight and is still in the process of gaining it. Slowly I’ll get there.

I’ve accomplished most of the things that I wanted last year. As for 2010, I am not sure what awaits me but am game for it. I’ll play my very best. 2010’s resolution are more or less along the same as last year’s but more. More personal goals.

Happy 2010!!!

Something To Ponder On

1. Life isn’t fair, but it’s still good.

2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.

3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

4. Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick.  Your friends and parents will.  Stay in touch.

5. Pay off your credit cards every month.

6. You don’t have to win every argument.  Agree to disagree.

7. Cry with someone.  It’s more healing than crying alone

8. It’s OK to get angry with God.  He can take it.

9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.

10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.

11. Make peace with your past so it won’t screw up the present.

12. It’s OK to let your children see you cry.

13. Don’t compare your life to others.  You have no idea what their journey is all about.

14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn’t be in it.

15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye.

16. Take a deep breath.  It calms the mind.

17. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.

18. Whatever doesn’t kill you really does make you stronger.

19. It’s never too late to have a happy childhood.  But the second one is up to you and no one else.

20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don’t take no for an answer.

21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie.  Don’t save it for a special occasion.  Today is special.

22. Over prepare, then go with the flow.

23. Be eccentric now.  Don’t wait for old age to wear purple.

24. The most important sex organ is the brain.

25. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.

26. Frame every so-called disaster with these words ‘In five years, will this matter?’

27. Always choose life.

28. Forgive everyone everything.

29. What other people think of you is none of your business.

30. Time heals almost everything.  Give time time.

31. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

32. Don’t take yourself so seriously.  No one else does.

33. Believe in miracles.

34. God loves you because of who God is, not because of anything you did or didn’t do.

35. Don’t audit life.  Show up and make the most of it now.

36. Growing old beats the alternative — dying young.

37. Your children get only one childhood.

38. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.

39. Get outside every day.  Miracles are waiting everywhere.

40. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

41. Envy is a waste of time.  You already have all you need.

42. The best is yet to come.

43. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

44. Yield.

45. Life isn’t tied with a bow, but it’s still a gift.”

A New Chapter

Tomorrow marks a new beginning for me. I hope it’s a good one. I have good vibes for this new place. This new environment. This new crowd.

It came to me by chance. God must have heard my prayers. See I told you Santa, I am a good girl. Hehe.

Wish me luck. I’ve got a lot to tell a few colourful pictures as well.

Oh yes, jujuwiwitata’s has been updated. Do visit. Click here.

Been Busy

Life has been really hectic. With deadline that I need to rush on. It’s not just that I have to do, I have to update jujuwiwitata’s as well. Some pictures have been editted. More to be photographed. Do I have the time? I really hope so.

Oh yes, am also clearing out my closet with many brand spanking new clothes that never did get my attention and some pieces from abroad too. Do visit the site tomorrow or Friday.

I’ve got two interviews to attend to tomorrow. On in the noon and one in the evening. Wish me luck. I need to call KK up ask him about my cert. Time to sleep now.

Life Lesson #1

1. Easy come, easy go.

I believe it’s true to most things in life.

2. Great friendship is hard to find.

3. A true friend is one who accepts your partner for who she/he is for as long as you are happy.

That’s all that matter. You don’t have to impress them as they know he/she has impressed you.

4. Looking good and dressing up is not a crime.

5. Getting in a relationship and having a lot of exes doesn’t make you an expert or give you the right to judge other people’s relationship.

Getting in a relationship is easy as courtship is the best part of any relationship. But relationship itself is hardwork. It takes loyalty, commitment, understand and a whole lot more to make it work. Some are just meant to be as much as you hate to admit it. Some ain’t. True love and lust is different.

6. Having a good job is different than having a job that you truly love.

7. Do things that excites you or something that you are truly passionate about.

8. Listen to your heart.

You can get as much advice from just about anybody. But only you will know what is best for you.

9. Keep all cotton bud and cotton pads in a container which has a lid.

10. Respect works both ways.

If you want people to respect you, respect yourself first. Then respect others…only then will it come naturally.

Building Castles In The Sky

Lately I have had trouble sleeping or I would be going to bed really late. I’m pretty caught up with my picture editting and also trying to finish up to quotations for potential clients. Am also about to introduce a range of men’s tees.

Am totally exhausted. Physically, mentally and yes emotionally. Am drained out. But am staying positive. I’ve had a couple of happy news lately. So I’d stay focus and be an optimistic person.

Tomorrow I’ll embark on my new task, which is an “interview” for a company. Man, I’ll be working on an extremely tight dateline. Then my final touches for the men’s range.

I hope I get to play a little this weekend. Sitting in front of this lappie of mine is getting rather mundane. Good night all.

Leaving you with a beautiful peaceful image of my sky castle and some stuff to ponder upon.

Have an awesomely smashing weekend.

Warren Buffet’s Advice

Hard work : All hard work bring a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.

Laziness : A sleeping lobster is carried away by the water current.

Earnings : Never depend on a single source of income. (At least make your Investments get you second earning)

Spending : If you buy things you don’t need, you’ll soon sell things you need.

Savings : Don’t save what is left after spending; Spend what is left after saving.

Borrowings : The borrower becomes the lender’s slave.

Accounting : It’s no use carrying an umbrella, if your shoes are leaking.

Auditing : Beware of little expenses; A small leak can sink a large ship.

Risk-taking : Never test the depth of the river with both feet.
(Have an alternate plan ready )

Investment : Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.
