I was just writting about this yesterday. I got this off the official site. Do take note.
To the Urbanscapes community, Freeform as a responsible festival organiser, would like to update you with some info on the Urbanscapes H1N1 scare that is making the rounds. These are the actual facts that we are aware of at this point in time:
There has been one confirmed case of an individual who was at the festival who is down with H1N1, while another three individuals from the same group of friends, is undergoing another round of tests. We want to stress that this group of individuals hung out together throughout the weekend from Friday evening onwards. At this juncture, we are not aware of any other cases beyond this group of individuals. Most of the updates we have received so far from those who have gone to get tested have turned up negative.
But as a precaution and also as responsible members of the community, we recommend you go for a check-up as soon as possible if you are displaying symptoms. If you are feeling unwell, please stay clear of public spaces and practice a self-imposed quarantine for the benefit of your family and friends. We would also like to stress that being on quarantine does NOT mean you are infected, but you are merely being a responsible citizen by taking the right precautions to prevent spreading any infections.
We will continue to update everyone via Urbanscapes as we get more information coming in. To also keep anxiety at bay and keep everyone from being unduly worried, we would appreciate any updates from those who gone for tests so that we can share the info with all.

It was the first time ever I attended Urbanscapes and I actually participated. I had a booth under LahLahLand. I was selling my jujuwiwitata’s goodies.
I’ve always loved KLPAC, someone very very special took me there once. I’ve never been there with anyone else. Well, except for my little brother who is now officially my partner in crime. We go everywhere together. He has helped me out a lot in many ways. I owe you little man.
So yea, back to Urbanscapes. It was such a pretty place. Nicely decorated, colourful and cheerful. The marketplace where my booth was setup on the other hand was blazing on fire. It was hot. Our lots were on a tar road. Imagine how hot it was. But there were boys and girls who wore hoodies, cardigans, jackets and what nots. Perhaps, I was the only one feeling the heat ;p
I met a lot of my friends there. A bunch of my friends came to support me. Unfortunately they could not purchase anything from my stall as I do not sell items for male. Soon boys, soon. I promise. Am already working it out with my brother.
I missed out all the fun at Urbanscapes because I had to take care of my booth. So am thinking perhaps next year, I’ll do shifts with my brother and get a few of his friends to help as well.
But all in all, I think Urbanscapes is a great outdoor event. Well organized. A great way to escape from the hustling bustling busy world.
Thank you to all you girls who bought stuff from me. Thank you for the support. Till we meet again at my next installation next month.
Here’s a couple pictures of my humble booth and us there.

My all time supporters.

That's me with a dislocated looking jaw

My partner in crime ;P

There comes a point in your life when you realize:
Who matters,
Who never did,
Who won’t anymore…
And who always will.
So, don’t worry about people from your past,
There’s a reason why they didn’t make it to your future.

little J
That’s me now. I just went to weigh myself and I am 36kg. I did not know that I did gain a kg in a week. Perhaps, Ensure is really awesome ain’t it? Hehe.
Well, that’s happy news for me. Am going to go on with Ensure till I finish the whole bottle. To help me gain more weight, I have been drinking a lot of milkshakes. I do love milkshakes a lot. Yummy I tell ya.
Though some of you may say am super skinny or torment me with your nasty words. I am healthy. My doctor told me that. So, I do not care.
Oh yes, I also have a lot of protein in me. Thus, my hair grows real fast and I have super strong nails. I just cut my hair two weeks back and it’s already an inch longer. So much for my short hair. Now it’s already below my armpit.
So yea, gonna go drink up my Ensure to ensure I gain more weight. Wehooo!

I have been trying to put on weight since forever. It’s not that I am unhealthy. It’s just the pressure that I get from people around me. It’s not like I pray to God daily “Oh god, please pretty please make me skinny.”
I’ve always been thin or perhaps in normal people’s language. SKINNY. I hate that word. It hurts when people comment about my weight. There’s not much that I can do about it. I’ve tried to gain weight and it ain’t easy. Trust me.
I don’t go around pointing fingers, laughing, smirking and commenting at fat people. But they do it to me. I get angry. I get shy. I lose my confidence. I cry about it.

Gain Eight Powder
I’ve tried this product called Gain Eight. I’ve taken eight bottles of it. No positive results at all. Sigh.

Ensure Milk Powder
So now, am taking Ensure Milk Powder in chocolate. It really is yummy. I take it on a daily basis. Am hoping this works.
Soon, I’ll start exercising. I think all I need is more rest. Seriously, am always on the go. Running errands for myself and others. I hardly have me time for myself. Well, let’s see how this goes after a few months.
Wish me luck!

Am really tired, but I really want to write. I have so much on my mind. But yes, my eyes are closing on me. I need to get myself into bed. I should go make a cuppa milo and then tuck myself in bed. Bare with me please. I’ll make it up tomorrow.
Anyhow, I managed to update my fashion blog. Move over to jujuwiwitata’s. More new clothes and sandals.
Night all.

Can you differentiate the difference between chance and choice?
Somehow or rather this two will always come hand in hand coincidentally.
Chance normally refers to luck, probability or even randomness.
As for choice, it would refer to a mental process of thinking that requires evaluation of options and selecting the best one to take action upon. There are complex decisions that need to be taken such as lifestyle, religious, political and many more.
Most people think that having choices is a good thing but to some people it’s bad as it leaves you in a pickle. Choices come with its outcomes. Some make yours well.
In life, true love doesn’t pass us by that often. Meeting your soulmate only occurs once in a lifetime.
When this happens, what would you do? You need to make a choice whether to take the chance or not. Opportunity like this doesn’t happen often. Rarely. More like once in a blue moon.
I was lucky enough to have met my one true love which happens to be my soulmate by chance and I made my choice though it was a difficult one. There are so many obstacles that we have to face. Everything that you could only possibly imagine.
But this is the type of choice that only happens by chance. My soulmate is something that I would definitely fight for.
I’ve made my choice by chance. Have you?
“Falling in love with someone isn’t always going to be easy… Anger… Tears… Laughter..Obstacles.. It’s when you want to be together despite it all. That’s when you truly love another. Love like this grows stronger. Love doesn’t come easy. I’m sure of it.”

“A soulmate is someone who has locks that fit our keys, and keys to fit our locks. When we feel safe enough to open the locks, our truest selves step out and we can be completely and honestly who we are; we can be loved for who we are and not for who we’re pretending to be. Each unveils the best part of the other. No matter what else goes wrong around us, with that one person we’re safe in our own paradise. Our soulmate is someone who shares our deepest longings, our sense of direction. When we’re two balloons, and together our direction is up, chances are we’ve found the right person. Our soulmate is the one who makes life come to life.”
- Richard Bach
